• Rolled oats • Peanut butter • One teaspoon Guduchi extract • Dates • Coconut flakes
Instructions:• Mix all the ingredients in a blender except the coconut flakes. Once blended, make small round balls and roll over and coat them with the coconut flakes and pack in an airtight container. Enjoy healthy snacking!

Guduchi powder of 3 – 6 gm per day in a divided dose. Decoction 15 – 60 ml per day in divided dosage. 2 – 3 gms powder once a day can be taken along with a teaspoon of honey for 2 months time.
