PMS Friendly Shatavari White Chocolate Bark

• White chocolate • One teaspoon Shatavari extract • Turmeric • Cardamom • Dried cranberries • Dried rose petals • Pistachios • Salt
Instructions:• Melt and temper the white chocolate using the double boiler method • Add in Shatavari extract, turmeric powder, cardamom and a pinch of salt. • Pour the melted chocolate onto a lined baking tray and spread evenly. • Sprinkle pistachios, rose petals and dried cranberries on top. • Freese the bark for 30 minutes. Cut into pieces and store.

Shatavari is consumed in the form of decoction , powder , tablets or the roots are processed in milk.
