Fresh ginger can be used while cooking food on a daily basis. Ginger can be used in dry powder form which is more hot and effective than wet ginger.
Fresh juice – 5 – 10 ml Powder 1 – 2 gm , any time of the day.
For people with skin disorders, bleeding disorders, gall stones, acidity, peptic ulcer, burning sensation and during summer in general, it is ideal to take caution or take advice from a physician.
Ginger tea with jaggery is advisable to relieve menstrual pain. For abdominal pain , ginger powder with sesame seeds and jaggery should be made into a paste and taken with milk. External application of Ginger paste with yogurt is effective for insect bites.
