• Plant-based milk • One teaspoon Ashwagandha Extract • Turmeric • Cinnamon • Cardamom • Ginger • Sweetener
Instructions:• In a saucepan, heat milk. • Whisk in the Ashwagandha extract, ground turmeric, black pepper, cardamom cinnamon, and grated ginger/ ginger powder. • Add a sweetener and simmer to a boil for 5 minutes. Strain into a cup and serve hot.
