Supports Gut health
Irritable bowels, diarrhea, constipation, bloating or just a frequent upset stomach all make up signs of poor gut health. According to Ayurveda, the gut is the seat of all illness and wellness and a harmonious gut-brain connection leads to optimal health With an impressive amount of antioxidants and polyphenols, triphala is known to encourage the growth of good bacteria in the gut.
Triphala also includes five of the six primary tastes, with a focus on bitter notes that may cut down on food cravings and balance all doshas.
Supports Skin, Eye, Liver and Dental Health
Triphala may strengthen the muscles of the eyes and support better eyesight, thanks to its vitamin enriched amla component. Triphala’s benefits have been recognised by Ayurveda for centuries for general eye care and disorders, oral and dental health and as a natural liver tonic.

Triphala supports and balances all three doshas equally.
Triphala improves the peristaltic movement of the intestines and flushes the toxins or ama out of the body in a gentle way and not as a purgative.
5 – 10 grams powder in a day
Triphala can be taken along with honey or with warm water. Honey shouldn’t be taken in case of constipation.
It is advisable to take triphala on an empty stomach, after dinner is digested at bedtime. This encourages an easy bowel next morning.
